Oven & Butter is putting the craft back in handcrafted breads.Whether it’s sourdough, challah or ciabatta, each of our loaves is crafted in the old-style of bread-making, using the highest-quality ingredients from organic grains to whole-milled flours.We believe the traditional methods of baking — a longer fermentation process, soaking grains overnight — create a healthier and better tasting bread.
